Carnival Row (2019)★ 7.4/10

Ambicioso, no mínimo.

Generally cool and enticing, would recommend, but would have avoided Orlando Bloom for the role- that was almost type-casting. If they have a next season, I'll still watch it, though.

Carnival Row portrays a Victorian world of fantasy where war between mythological creatures reigns, migrant crisis is a reality, and peace is delicate. Hope lies in the intertwined destinies of a human detective, investigating a gory and mysterious series of murders, and a fae, fighting for her own survival. A compelling story filled with complex characters and engaging performances that just makes you want more and to know more.
