- In 1987 Patras, Stella returns to her hometown after years away to reunite with her mother Xenia, a celebrated singer at the nightclub Derti who abandoned her at age five to chase fame and applause. Having spent her life erasing every trace of her mother and rejecting the music, stage, and nightlife that consumed Xenia, Stella now faces the woman who chose stardom over motherhood. As secrets hover between them, their reunion becomes a painful journey through old wounds, guilt, and impossible dilemmas. Surrounded by the neon lights of the nightclub and the figures who orbit its world, both women must confront whether love can be rebuilt after decades of absence, whether deep betrayal can be forgiven, and whether redemption comes from burying the past or finding the strength to face it.
