Planeta do Tesouro (2002)★ 7.7/10

Essa animação passou completamente batida por mim, eu sequer sabia de sua existência, e se trata daquela fase bem gostosinha da Disney, apesar das formulas e clichês.

De los película más excelentes de Disney que no le dan el lugar que merecen

The film captures the adolescent psyche with remarkable accuracy. In moments of rebellion and confusion, what teenagers truly need is not lectures or suppression, but guidance from someone who can help them navigate their path. It’s through facing betrayal and darkness—and holding firm to one’s beliefs—that character is forged. Beneath its simple plot, the film reveals an American understanding of education and the meaning of personal growth.

Some may dismiss "Treasure Planet" as formulaic, but that’s precisely where its timeless charm lies. While the coming-of-age arc may not resonate as strongly with adults, the film’s emotional warmth and dazzling creativity still set it apart from others in the genre.
