A con-man that has fooled hundreds, if not thousands of people, into giving him money in a desperate attempt to keep from getting a real job because he knows he is far too uneducated to be anything more than a fry cook. His knowledge of science is the equivalent to that of a preschooler, yet his delusional mind is convinced that he is smarter than every astronomer and physicist that has ever lived. Definition of level (Entry 3 of 3) 1a : having no part higher than another : conforming to the curvature of the liquid parts of the earth's surface. b : parallel with the plane of the horizon : horizontal.
