In the loop (2009)★ 7.7/10

It delivers a razor-sharp satire of British and American politics, where vulgar, hypocritical, and morally bankrupt figures transform into “respectable” decision-makers the moment they put on a suit. Whether pro-war or anti-war, the political class is motivated by the same thing—political capital and future gain.

The film plays like a stage production, relying entirely on dialogue to drive every narrative turn. Missing even a few lines can mean losing critical plot points, which means you gotta be constantly paying attention.
