Based on true events, a paranormal team investigates the urban legend of hanging Judge John Simms and his namesake cemetery when two college students are reported missing after they visited that sacred burial ground.

Storyline: There are many haunted cemeteries in the world, but there isn't one more sinister than Simms Cemetery located in Athens, Ohio. Based on a true story of the Hanging Judge from the mid to late 1800s who haunts the cemetery to this day. Steve Hayward is a lead investigator for a paranormal team, and he hires a psychic who asks him to investigate the house of John Simms after two college students go missing from the cemetery. A professor from the local university takes a friend and a few of his students to look into the urban legend of the cemetery. It's one of five cemeteries that converge to form a pentagram and it's said that hanging Judge John Simms haunts his namesake cemetery to this day. Chris Hill is a skeptical journalist who joins Steve Heyward, his paranormal team and a psychic to help find out how two college students went missing from the cemetery after police can't figure out why. At the same time, a professor from the college takes a Priest and a some of his students to the cemetery to find out what happened to two of their friends.
