When the all-time champions of ballroom Latin leave the podium, the country's best dancers join the race for first place with doubled force. But the legendary coach Dmitriy Smirnov makes an unexpected move: he breaks up the strongest couple to give a chance to the outsider - a guy from a Kyrgyz village, obsessed with the dream of dancing. This risky move turns the game upside down, forcing everyone to choose - to fight to the end or retreat when the stakes become too high.
