In each episode, a phone call introduces two or three characters. We quickly come to know them and how they decide to try to solve a problem. But they will encounter an unexpected twist in the story line that will only resolve at the end.

- Each story revolves around a 2-3 minute phone call between two or three people. We soon come to understand their personalities, their relationship, and a problematic situation they must resolve. In some calls, the tone of the narrative is comedic. In others it may be dramatic - and intense. Regardless, our characters will usually be faced with a twist in the story - and a secret that is revealed will surprise them and the audience.
