When her scheme is discovered, Marion finds herself caught between the threat of her dealer and that of being denounced by the patients. The choice seems simple, but Marion soon discovers that the wishes of the dying are far from easy to achieve. From then on, Marion's time in the unit turns into shock therapy, as she comes face to face with what the drug has deprived her of: a torrent of emotions.
