Nine well-known Danes leave their comfort zones and step into the legendary world of the Shaolin Masters. Over the course of 12 intense days, they train under two Masters in Kung Fu, meditation, and ancient rituals - facing relentless physical challenges, emotional breakdowns, and moments of profound transformation. From bamboo-stick discipline to carrying rice sacks, from breaking boards to confronting their deepest fears, each participant is pushed beyond their limits. The journey is as much about inner strength as it is about physical endurance, revealing the powerful connection between body and mind. What begins as pain, frustration, and resistance slowly evolves into breakthroughs, healing, and self-discovery. Along the way, the Shaolin Masters offer both fierce discipline and unexpected warmth, guiding the group toward resilience, courage, and clarity. In the finale, the participants must present their Tao Lu - a martial arts performance symbolizing everything they've learned - and reflect on whether twelve days in Shaolin can truly change a life forever.
