Brent_RhodesApril 28, 2024The series has a pretty unique quality to it, but it's frustrating how the characters always seem to fail right when they're on the verge of success at critical moments. However, one thing that deserves praise is how the show does a great job of showcasing the way of life in Brazil.

Trevor_StewartApril 28, 2024Even though the production is a bit rough around the edges, it fits well with the reality of Brazil's situation. The plot is pretty well-written. I rarely watch Brazilian TV shows, but I really like this one.

lexieeApril 2, 2024I've seen a lot of people commenting that the series is a "Northeastern epic," and they're absolutely right. "Cangaço Novo" is a blend of many familiar elements, but with a fresh taste and Brazilian Northeastern accent.
