- Artificial Detective (or A.D.), a robodetective, originally designed to assist his human partners in criminal investigations, "wakes up" in a world that has been abandoned by humans. Unable to find a single person and devastated, A.D. opens up the most monumental case of his life - the case of missing humanity. On his way to find the truth and himself, A.D. comes across wild and bizarre inhabitants of the dystopian world of the alternative future.
