- Seven participants with varying levels of survival experience take on the challenge of surviving in the wilderness for either 7 or 14 days, depending on the season. They are equipped only with minimal basic gear, such as a hammock, a knife and a camera, which they use to document their entire journey themselves. Depending on the difficulty of the location, they are dropped off individually, in teams or as a group. In complete isolation, they must obtain food, water and shelter exclusively from nature. Participants can voluntarily end the challenge and request extraction by issuing a "Code Yellow", while a "Code Red" is reserved for medical or other emergencies and results in immediate extraction. Anyone who completes the challenge and lasts for the full duration can ultimately call themselves a winner of 7vs.Wild.
