Lautaro LNovember 3, 2021A chilling and harrowing in-depth look to 19th century psychology and criminal profiling
The atmosphere of the late nineteenth century in New York, the thriller halo that surrounds it, the meticulous set design, added to the magnificent performances, especially by Dakota Fanning and Daniel Brühl, make it a series with enough ingredients to keep you hooked from the first episode. What fails to achieve is the ending, lacking the hook that is presumed throughout the entire series. Maybe if it had a finale at the level of the rest, it would have been much more remarkable. Still, it's very interesting
