Charmed, since the original, had always had such an wierd rythm. From the mise en scene to the actual development of the plot, it feels like characters are standing still, waiting for stuff to happen. If you manage to accept that and be okay, it is a enjoyable journey, that feels like playing witch with your female friends as a kid.
