The Quesneys and the Möllers are neighbors and although at some point they were friendly families, today they dispute control of the Banco de la República, which is on the verge of bankruptcy. The manipulator Rodolfo Möller will use all his tricks to be the sole owner of the bank and marry the youngest daughter of the Quesneys, Paula. After being rejected in his marriage proposal, Rodolfo assures that she will only save the bank if she marries him or Nicolás, a beggar who passed by the house. Rodolfo's manipulation, Paula's decision to carry out the marriage and Nicolás's past will be the key pieces in the return of Isabella, Paula's seductive older sister and Nicolás's ex-girlfriend, who was the cause of their hardships.
