Mysteriously separated from her parents at a young age and living in foster homes ever since, tween witch Parker doesn't know that she's a witch. Which is...a problem, because she's having trouble controlling her powers. And we all know what happens when a witch's powers are exposed. After learning of Parker's precarious situation, Heather and her coven step up to protect and guide her toward the truth. They do this by secretly infiltrating Parker's life, and much to Heather's chagrin, this lands her at Parker's school teaching art-something she hasn't done in 200 years.
