Mike Everett

Cast

Canada born, California raised. A strange series of circumstances landed Mike in Milan, Italy in 1993, during the peak of Grunge. Somehow, this athletic, clean-cut fellow differentiated himself from the tall, skinny & flannel-clad crowd and landed gigs with Versace, Saks Fifth Avenue and Mercedes Benz. After a decade of bouncing around the planet selling everything from bottled water to underwear, Mike went to school and became a broadcast meteorologist, tracking storms for network affiliates from Florida to Washington state with stops in California and Colorado in between. His warm personality combined with a natural ability to describe complex concepts in simple terms made him a favorite with news audiences - and won him an Emmy Award, a Golden Mike and two Edward R. Murrow awards. He has been called upon to appear as a broadcaster outside of TV news, having contributed to an ABC sitcom, an FX limited series and a Lionsgate film. He is also an accomplished voiceover talent who provides services to a wide variety of mediums and industries. An avid snow skier, Mike spends much of the winter traveling to, and documenting ski areas of all shapes and sizes. His YouTube series "Slope Scout" launches in late 2025.
