Robert Spence is an Australian-born screenwriter and director with a unique blend of Australian and Scottish influences. Raised near Glasgow in Scotland, he developed a deep appreciation for storytelling from a young age. After earning his MA in Screenwriting from the Screen Academy Scotland in Edinburgh, Robert embarked on his filmmaking journey. He has written and directed various short films and built a vast portfolio of feature screenplays. His female-driven thriller, Neon Nights, has been produced and is due for release in 2025. He also wrote and directed the black comedy/drama series Cark It in Melbourne, Australia.
