Alicia Roanne Witt

Alicia Witt’s artistic formation combined early training in piano with professional acting; she completed high-school equivalency by age 14 and had studied classical piano with frequent lessons and competition experience. Her acting career began with casting by a director after a televised performance of Shakespeare, leading to early screen work in television and film and continued engagement with on-set production conditions. Witt expanded into stage acting with theatre work in Los Angeles and in the UK, participating in ensemble productions that involved rehearsal processes and live performance methods. She also integrated music into her professional life, composing and performing as a singer-songwriter and pianist, recording and releasing extended plays and albums, and performing live in collaboration with producers and other musicians.
