Born in Philly and then living all over the US, Dan began his love of acting reading his school books as different characters to make the study process more engaging. Eventually he found his place in performing when he auditioned for the musical Camelot his first year at his fourth high school, earning the leading role as King Arthur. It was a pure moment where he understood what he was made to do. This led to additional musicals, theater and then opera later in college with the University of Arizona Opera. He got connected with a local theater company in Tucson and his first agent. With representation, Dan could grow his opportunities and skills with runway and television. After college, Dan crossed the country to be closer to family and landed in Wilmington, NC. During the day, he would teach high school choir. Then nights, weekends and summers he would get opportunities from his agent to become a part of the Wilmywood scene. He took a break from acting to start a small pressure washing business. After 12 years growing that company and empowering a talented team to run the day to day, Dan returned to acting and modeling with the encouragement and help from his friends in the industry.
