Throughout her tenure on the TV series, which spanned all eight broadcast seasons, Turner garnered critical praise for her nuanced portrayal of the young noblewoman navigating the treacherous political landscape of Westeros. Beyond her role in "Game of Thrones," Turner showcased her talent in various films, including "Another Me" (2013) and the 20th Century Fox films on the X-Men, where she portrayed the powerful mutant Jean Grey. Turner's commitment to her craft and versatility as an actress has earned her multiple award nominations, including recognition from the Screen Actors Guild and the Young Artist Award. Off-screen, Turner has been an advocate for various social causes, including women's rights and mental health awareness, after suffering from those issues herself and seeing her peers going through similar situations.
