Noor is a journalist who writes propaganda for a political regime. As he gets deeper into his work, he starts having strange nightmares and visions. Bang Hisham, a manipulative figure, seems to enjoy Noor's descent into madness, continually feeding him. Noor begins to see horrifying things, like bags filled with organs, and hears loud protests outside. He must decide whether to keep supporting the lies or break free before everything around him falls apart.
