Mango Park Rookie Police Officer Jason Keller is patrolling the streets for the very first time. While searching for a suspect, Officer Keller spots a motorist who loosely fits the description. Then when the rookie cop begins his questioning, he gets a hunch that this man is the suspect he's searching for and places him under arrest. But then, when Sgt. Mike Green arrives on the scene, it becomes evident that proper procedure was not followed and the rookie's tactics are questionable at best.
