When the sophisticated yet lonely Sophia checks into a remote hotel to meet a man she knows only from the internet, she expects a discreet, consequence-free affair - but reality soon begins to unravel. Depending on which room she receives - room 257 or room 551 - two radically different fates unfold. In both ominous realities, the man is not who he claims to be, and his obsession is fixed relentlessly on Sophia. Quietly watching - or perhaps orchestrating it all - is the hotel's enigmatic porter. CATFISH explores what happens when a woman loses control of her own story - split between two lives she never chose, both shaped by deception, desire, and fate. In this haunting Nordic Noir thriller, fate's cruel game reveals itself, where control is just an illusion and every choice unravels an elusive truth.
