After the slow and painful death of his wife Mary, Adam, a Vietnam veteran, is left broken and alone. As Father McCarthy administers last rites and Nurse Delilah offers comfort, no one suspects that Delilah is actually a cult disciple - and Mary's death is just the beginning of something much darker. Strange events begin to unravel: bloodstained symbols appear in churches, confessions hint at an underground cult, and Father McCarthy is drawn into a spiritual war he's unprepared to face. When Adam discovers a terrified girl named Lily hiding in his barn, claiming to flee a satanic cult, he protects her - only to find himself hunted by ruthless killers who insist she's no victim. As Adam tries to get her to safety, he's ambushed. In the chaos, he accidentally kills Father McCarthy and blacks out. He awakens strapped down, helpless, as Lily transforms into the demon Lilith and uses him in a horrifying ritual to conceive a child and the screen fades to black... and a baby cries. Hellbound Covenant is a psychological and supernatural horror story about grief, faith, deception, and the seductive nature of evil - where salvation may be an illusion, and damnation is just one covenant away.
