seamouseDecember 23, 2024This is also another past life. In the past, when I was sick, I watched such a movie and it was quite healing, but today I can't get into the play or feel relieved. In fact, the emotional foreshadowing is still sufficient, and the second-generation star Mitsuki Kimura is also attractive enough.

Alexis_NelsonAugust 1, 2024Even though the plot isn't that great, the narrative interweaving different timelines together is pretty appealing. The editing is also excellent. One thing that stands out is the pandemic setting and the title. As the main character tries to remember things, he's always reminded to stay away from the healthy people. The hug he has with his ex-girlfriend, who might have the virus, is the only time he touches someone during the movie. That moment really shows how important physical touch can be in a really emotional way.

JulioJulioAugust 1, 2024I won't say I like this movie because the love story at its center is kind of clichéd and predictable. The way the main characters interact with each other doesn't feel real or exciting. Even though it talks about things like the pandemic and nuclear bombs, which is pretty original, it doesn't really explore those topics in a meaningful way. It just uses them as excuses to set up the plot twists.

Brianna_McclainAugust 1, 2024When I watched the movie, I didn't feel the same strong emotions as when I read the book. The movie didn't do a good job of making the important parts of the book feel even more exciting. It just felt like they were simply trying to finish the story without really caring about it. The cinematography and editing weren't very appealing either.
