You’ve got to keep dreaming, for you never know when dreams come true. June Squibb, known for her supporting roles in films like Scent of a Woman, The Age of Innocence, Far from Heaven, and About Schmidt, landed her first leading role at the age of 94. She plays a 93-year-old woman in an anti-fraud action film. The movie includes scenes of the protagonist swatting cockroaches with newspapers, chasing criminals on an electric scooter, and stealing a friend's pistol. All the quirky plot elements are based on the real-life experiences of director's grandmother. Beyond the humor, the film also highlights the realities of aging, showing a determined grandmother who fights back against time.

A well-executed indie film. A second-hand store that's been forgotten by customers is like the elderly who's left behind by time. The final gunshot that destroys the computer marks the beginning of a renewed competition for attention between the old and the new.

A modest but heartfelt film. The forgotten thrift shop mirrors the elderly, left behind by the times. The movie cleverly juxtaposes two worlds, using high-tech innovations that isolate older generations while entrapping the younger ones. The grandparents are portrayed with warmth and humor, making their performances feel genuinely lively.

The story captures the struggles of two generations in today’s society. Elderly characters are resourceful and determined yet struggle to keep up with technology, while younger ones are technologically savvy but lack direction in life.

This is a seriously awesome female action-comedy movie perfect for munching on popcorn. June Squibb is unique in that she really holds the whole thing together. The way the director shows the grandma is really cool, with that opening shot that sets the scene and the music that feels like "Mission: Impossible." I love movies that show seniors living their own lives.

Even though the subject matter makes it hard to have a tight story, the movie still manages to keep you on the edge of your seat with great music and editing. The hearing aid design is both useful and creative; it makes aging seem less serious. And that real-life footage at the end really hit home for me.

This movie is one wild ride! It's like “Mission: Impossible” for old people. It's about an old lady who goes on a mission to stop scammers, and it's hilarious. It shows all the challenges of getting older but also gives you hope because of what the main character does. The grandma is so real and adorable; the actress did a great job!

This movie is based on events that really happened to the director's grandma. It's about a 93-year-old lady who gets a scam phone call. The thing is, hiser grandma didn't send any money in real life. The movie has everything you want in a film like this, but it also shows the real stuff about being old and how different generations in a family get along. It makes you think about a lot of things.
