The women's athletics (4x100m relay) is on the verge of winning a gold medal at the 2016 Olympic Games; Brazilian victory seems almost certain, and the athletes are steps away from what could be a milestone. However, one fatal error derails their dreams: the carelessness of young Maria Lucia leads to the group's disqualification. This incident changes Maria Lucia and Adriana's lives forever; Adriana cannot forgive her teammate after the final. Four years pass. Maria Lucia remains a great promise in athletics, while Adriana earns a living from MMA fighting. A few months before the Tokyo Olympics, they are called to join the new 4x100 team. This time, Maria Lucia and Adriana must overcome the mistakes of the past. They rely on the help of veterans Rita and Jaciara, as well as newcomer Bia, athletes who rediscover their true power as a team, demonstrating that Brazilian women's athletics is stronger than ever.
