Victoria Looseleaf turned Los Angeles cable access into a gloriously unpredictable collision of celebrities, artists, eccentrics and unknowns from George Carlin and Yma Sumac, to a young Leonardo DiCaprio—creating a time capsule of LA in the 80's, 90's and 00's before the internet changed everything. Her interviews were probing, unleashed, and wild. Victoria was also extremely disciplined in always being very well researched. This was a time where any information was only found in books and libraries. Of the approximate 30 years that she did the show she completed over 400 episodes and they are exactly the reason cable access was made a law so that people could have access to media protected from commercial restrictions and control.
