When Victoria is tossed away in the streets of London, she meets a tribe of cats called the Jellicles. Soon enough she learns that each cat in turn will sing about their own life and wait for Old Deuteronomy to make the ultimate yearly decision: determine who will ascend to the Heaviside Layer and start a new life. --Quoted From rMaxín
