I've seen things you people wouldn't believe: a Harrision Ford character with deep internal conflicts, Ridley Scott refusing to ruin a cult film with a sequel, Neo-noir, baroque, neon, science fiction, Asians in L.A., cyberpunk, Vangelis, an unsolvable philosophical problem, acid rain, everything.

Blabe Runner is one of my favorite movies, it has an incredible and dazzling futuristic cinema style that is lived in a city of Los Angeles. Ridley Scott created a new retro-futuristic design from the science fiction movies of the 80s. In 1992 another "director's cut" version was re-released worldwide, which according to this is Ridley Scott's original idea, eliminates Rick Deckard's voice-over narration, added a unicorn sequence and deleted the 'happy' ending. imposed by Warner Bros.

"Blade Runner" blends film noir aesthetics and pacing with a dystopian cyberpunk theme. Vangelis' ethereal score is perfect, and the visual effects and art design are impeccable. Amidst the neon-lit, foggy, Eastern-influenced cityscape, the film quietly questions life, humanity, and creation through its narrative.

The director knew he wasn't going to make a simple entertainment film but one that explores deeper emotions and survival instincts. The slow, enigmatic tone and the apocalyptic grandeur make this film profoundly exquisite and hard to surpass.

So nostalgic and yet breathtaking to watch. A beautiful dystopia. A film truly ahead of its time!

A society in which we cannot differentiate humans from androids is, undoubtedly, a world governed by machines. Open your mind and blur the line between humankind and machines in one of the most acclaimed classics ever.
