re-NATO4November 3, 2023It’s even better than Chapter 1, and the horror elements are on the next level. Most of the cliffhangers in the last film are answered. The storyline is tight, and there are plenty of details sprinkled throughout the film for the audience to sort out on their own. There are no more mindless jump scares. The "further" world created by Leigh Whannell and James Wan is ladled with creativity, and the performances of the lead actor and actress are memorable as well.

thbzcrt_7November 3, 2023A masterpiece full of wits that brings together most of the elements of horror. Despite the slightly annoying way of using background music to scare people, the story and settings are awesome and engaging. The timeline integrates itself very well into the overarching story from Chapter 1. Overall, it’s so enjoyable that I have hoped for it to be little longer. Thankfully there's Chapter 3. The actors did a great job!

This one is a masterpiece! It picks up where Chapter 1 left and fills up all the loopholes. There are plenty of jump scares, but they're not cheesy at all and I was scared to death in the middle of the night. It's one thing to have the overall horror vibe created well, but there are also touching moments within the movie, such as the love between the couple, the love for their children, and the help they received from the deceased Elise. All of which have helped elevate the film to a whole new level.
