Resnais' whimsical filmmaking shines through in this romantic scifi tale, through a fractured mind lost in time, taking us on a journey through the nostalgia of memory, a fascination with the past that we can revisit at will. Its what falling out of love does to you... a beautiful and captivating experience that leaves you speechless.
