Conan, el bárbaro (2011)★ 5.7/10

With the help of 3D technology, the once-flat world of "Conan the Barbarian" gains a visceral, immersive quality. Several ritual scenes feel so immersive that they create a sense of oppressive tension. The brutal clashes between enemies highlight a stylized violence that effectively conveys the hardship Conan endures on his path of vengeance.

Another failed attempt at adaptation, this version of "Conan the Barbarian" suffers from an overly compressed narrative that renders many plot points abrupt and incoherent. Emotional arcs are equally underdeveloped—whether it’s the legacy between father and son or the romance between Conan and the female lead, both feel perfunctory and lack emotional depth, leaving the characters hollow and unconvincing.
