Quick Thoughts On The Odyssey

I think my journey to watching the Odyssey was more of an Odyssey itself. I saw two people fight on the street and make up within the span of five minutes. I sat at the wrong theatre for a bit. I found my theatre. I watched the movie and realized that 70mm added nothing to the viewing experience. 

I liked the movie. I understood what the translator of the Odyssey was talking about when she was critiquing it and don't think she deserves the backlash she got for her thoughts. I still think the movie is great and wouldn't mind rewatching it.

There needed to be more sirens and longer scenes during the Odyssey as opposed to him coming back. Zendaya is being typecast and I think she needs more roles. Lupita Nyongo deserved a much longer scene-- she needs to be the lead in more movies.

it's cool to watch stuff on a larger format</br>but the main reason Nolan never shuts up about IMAX and everyone keeps pushing his press releases about it is cause he's making money from the company increasing its share value...

Interesting takeaways... but I think you might just want a Helen movie or an Athena movie.. this was the Odyssey, ya know?

Zendaya needs more roles? She's been in everything this year! With Spider-Man, she's now the highest grossing star of the year. </br></br>Also, how did you sit in the wrong theatre? I have so many questions.
