Gladiator 2: Excess and indulgence galore... but still fun if you're willing to go along with the ride. It really feels like there was a pretty great movie in there somewhere, and Denzel gives a fantastic performance, but the movie literally jumps the shark(s) about halfway through.

I suggest to my friend that, if you really want to watch it, don't take Gladiator and Scott with you.

I keep seeing people talk about this movie, so I was still kind of considering watching it even though it's not a genre I have any interest in. I think you've just saved me the time, though, so thanks hahaha
