I confess that I went to see this movie with some skepticism, but I ended up being surprised by the production. One thing I really liked was the film's language. I always watch movies in English, so hearing something in Spanish was a good experience, since it's a language I like but don't have much contact with.

Another point that pleased me greatly was the actors who starred in the film; William Levy and Alicia Sanz have great chemistry and were very convincing in their roles. Although I had never seen any of his work, Levy was already a familiar name to me, but Alicia was a complete surprise.

Aside from a few details, mainly involving the bloody scenes (Tarantino would be proud of that), everything was very well produced, and the action scenes (which almost always involved shooting) and fight scenes were very well choreographed. Honestly... I'd say Levy did EVERYTHING!

In fact, the film ends fairly completely, but with a small hook for a possible adaptation of the sequel, The Return of Izabel.
