This flick actually holds up pretty well as a brainless action thrill ride. I mean, let's be honest; there's no need to get all serious about the plot or logic here. But you gotta hand it to them; the pacing and editing are spot-on! They've stripped it down to the basics, focusing on delivering that adrenaline rush with every fight and dramatic moment. And those non-action scenes either set the mood or give us more insight into the main character.

I gotta say, this movie is Jason Statham's best work since "Wrath of Man." The story's straightforward, and it's just so satisfying watching Statham pull off those takedowns of the bad guys. Even though they simplified the action scenes as much as possible, that final one-on-one showdown still gets your heart pumping. But what's really puzzling is the female lead's role; she doesn't seem to impact the main story much and just slows things down.

It's basically about this retired beekeeper who goes up against this ruthless telecom fraud gang alone. Watching it feels like witnessing this lone hero saving the day, with intense action scenes left and right. It's a solid action movie that doesn't need you to nitpick about the logic; it's actually more thrilling than "John Wick" in my book. Still, I'd give the main guy a decent 6 out of 10, but the supporting cast kinda fell short with some weak performances and a bunch of flaws.

Although Jason Statham brings his A-game to action in this movie, the script is just a cheap attempt to criticize for the sake of criticism. Usually, the problems with the system couldn't be solved overnight, yet they would bring in a superhero to fix everything once and for all instead of finding better solutions. However, Jason Statham's character's challenges are just too simplistic. It's all about fighting till the end, and it honestly feels unbeatable (in an ironic way).

This movie won't meet your expectations; it’s just a mindless and not-so-exciting flick. The action scenes in the beginning are decent, but as more people jump into the fights, they become increasingly dull. I'd recommend not wasting your time on this movie, even if you're looking for mindless and thrilling entertainment.

The Beekeeper is an authentic and emotional movie. It portrays the life of an ordinary beekeeper, showing us the beauty and bitterness of life, and prompting us to contemplate our relationships with nature, family, and friends. This movie not only provides us with a visual and emotional feast but also evokes deeper thoughts and insights.

Really thrilling. It's a pretty traditional, escapist action movie. I think the supporting cast doesn't quite deliver as expected. But it's enjoyable to watch a superhuman-like secret agent “do whatever they want” as you temporarily set aside real-world thinking and just immerse yourself in the basic notions of right and wrong, good and evil. Also, isn't the likelihood of having a super spy as a neighbor a bit far-fetched?

Aunque no me gustó ni el personaje ni el rol de la agente Verona, Clay el personaje principal le imprime fuerza y caracter a la película. Largometraje meramente comercial y basado al estilo de John witch. Para entretener está bien.

Al principio pensé que la identidad del "apicultor" influiría en el diseño de algunas escenas de acción, pero inesperadamente fue el escenario para un giro extraordinario que llevó a la historia en una dirección diferente. Mientras que la trama del fraude telefónico ya era bastante descabellada, la película incorporó un escenario más descabellado todavía para acomodar las escenas de los combates intensos a gran escala. A pesar de la seriedad, fue bastante cómica y nos obligó a los espectadores a bajar la guardia y a disfrutar de la película sin darle demasiadas vueltas. Las escenas de acción son similares a la trama porque las hicieron con ingenio, pero no fueron demasiado pulidas. Hay mucho contacto cercano con los accesorios en el set y las habilidades de sigilo del protagonista son bastante altas, a pesar de que se comporta casualmente cuando saluda a sus enemigos. Mis escenas favoritas son la ejecución en el ascensor, donde usaron la gravedad para cometer un asesinato de una forma creativa y la ejecución final con la daga, exhibiendo el atractivo atemporal de las armas blancas.

A princípio, pensei que que a identidade do "apicultor" influenciaria o design de algumas cenas de ação, mas, inesperadamente, foi o cenário para uma reviravolta extraordinária que mudou a história para uma direção diferente. Embora o plano inicial de fraude nas comunicações já fosse bastante rebuscado, o filme introduziu uma configuração ainda mais estranha para acomodar cenas de combate em grande escala e alta intensidade. Apesar da seriedade, parecia um tanto cômico, forçando os espectadores a baixar a guarda e curtir o filme sem pensar demais. As cenas de ação são semelhantes ao enredo em termos de serem habilmente elaboradas, mas não muito polidas. Há muito contato próximo com adereços no set, e as habilidades furtivas do protagonista são bastante altas, apesar do comportamento casual ao cumprimentar os inimigos. Minhas cenas favoritas foram a execução no elevador, na qual a gravidade foi usada para cometer assassinatos de maneira criativa, mostrando o apelo atemporal das armas frias.

La estafa solo es el preludio de la venganza y el castigo es el deber del apicultor. Cuando la ley no puede castigar a aquellos malhechores, solo la justicia privada puede traer claridad. La benevolencia del cuidado se junta con la violencia y no importa qué tan alto sea el poder, no puede abarcarlo todo. Las peleas son entretenidas pero son demasiado sensacionalistas y el escenario es interesante pero no lo exploraron lo suficientemente en profundidad. Tiene un toque de esa vibra asesina, pero no la incorpora plenamente. Las escenas dramáticas parecen un poco redundantes y no había necesidad de hacer esos cortes. Por suerte, la historia llegó a una conclusión completa. Le doy tres estrellas con la peor de las ondas.

A fraude é apenas o prelúdio da vingança; a correção é dever do apicultor. Para os malfeitores que a lei não pode punir, só a justiça privada pode trazer clareza. A benevolência do cuidado é recebida com violência e, por maior que seja o poder, não pode cobrir tudo. As lutas são divertidas, mas excessivamente sensacionalistas; o cenário é interessante, mas não explorado com profundidade suficiente. Tem um toque matador, mas não o incorpora totalmente. As cenas dramáticas parecem um tanto redundantes e não houve necessidade de cortes. Felizmente, a história conseguiu chegar a uma conclusão completa. São três estrelas relutantes.
