Falling in love often defies reason, but staying in love requires a lot of it. I appreciate the dignified love depicted here, where despite the significant age and class differences, both partners manage to maintain a mutual respect. This really moved me. To me, this is what love should be like.

The storyline isn’t particularly original and might even feel a bit clichéd, but I love the strong '90s vibe throughout the film. The scene where the female lead visits her boyfriend’s home but realizes she doesn’t fit into his world, only to return to her old life, is powerful. I also liked the ending where the male lead returns to her. In reality, this story is just a fairy tale, but I’m more than happy to be swept away by it.

It's too good to be true, but it's still a good love story because it elaborates on the importance of social status and compatibility between couples and proves that compatibility is the more crucial one. James Spader is hot and even made me feel beautiful when he looked at me.

I'm totally obsessed with Susan Sarandon's character in this. She's so bold, independent, and just plain awesome. Even when she does things that seem a little off the wall, it's clear it's all authentically stemmed from her own insecurities and doubts. Susan Sarandon is amazing in this role. She really gets inside the character's head and shows you all her struggles and strength. On the other hand, while James Spader is hot, his character feels slightly flat compared to hers.

This movie is actually pretty deep. It makes you think about love and all its complexities, like how it can transcend class and age and what love really is at its core. Jason Alexander's character in this is kind of similar to the one he played in "Pretty Woman," which was released in the same year. Both deal with love between different societal classes. However, "Pretty Woman" feels more like a Hollywood fairytale, while this movie keeps it more realistic.

This movie revolves around a handsome middle-class man and a middle-aged divorced waitress. They are starkly different from each other both physically and mentally, but in the end, they fall deeply in love. The actors brilliantly portray the man's uncertainty about the future and the woman's insecurity.

I'm really into this movie. The story may not be refreshing as it feels clichéd at times, but I truly appreciate the strong 90s style in the film. The ending provides a satisfying conclusion to the narrative. From a realistic standpoint, this story might appear to be just a fairy tale, but I'm fully invested in it, like 100%. Additionally, the movie actually touches on middle-class dilemmas, with love being a mild distraction.

This movie is authentic, tender, and deeply touching. While it may seem kinda plain, it is truly worth savoring. It beautifully captures the essence of human nature, particularly the inner world of women. On the surface, the free-spirited women in this film exude wild energy, but beneath that exterior lies fragile, sensitive, and loving souls. Fortunately, the male lead is considerate and supportive. The actors deliver solid performances, the dialogue resonates, the narration is smooth, the soundtrack is haunting, and the ending is simply delightful.

Esse filme mostra um conto de fadas de amor que transcende a diferença de idade e oferece esperança em meio às duras realidades da vida.
