The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003)★ 8.9/10

This is the final chapter of the Lord of the Rings saga. Sam is the standout character, with his unwavering loyalty and pure heart supporting Frodo through every hardship. The finale sees Frodo choosing to leave, unable to overcome his inner demons. The series' grandeur and emotional depth, alongside iconic characters like Orlando Bloom's Elf prince, make it captivating.

The trilogy concludes with the epic finale of the hobbits' journey. Frodo, unlike Gollum, is fortunate to possess unparalleled purity. Despite destroying the ring, he cannot rid himself of the awakened evil within. His departure with the elves symbolizes a noble self-exile. The battle against evil is endless, and we must continually resist it.

No matter how many times we have drunk together, how many times we have gone shopping, how many times we have touched our hearts, and how many times we have spent together, many people still fail to have a friend who can carry you from hell to heaven——Sam.

This movie serves as the conclusion for the fantastic epic created by Tolkien. It contains one of the most ambitious battles in cinema that was achieved thanks to hundreds of extras who wore shields and waved swords to make this a unique scene.

The final movie of "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy is also the movie in which Legolas, played by Orlando Bloom, shows us what it means to be a master of the bow and arrow.

The amount of ambition and dedication invested in this movie resulted in a work of art filled with technical beauty, positioning the fantasy genre at the same level of the best cinematic productions ever.

Excelente saga que nos hace querer una y otra más cada vez que termina una parte de este maravilloso mundo. Cabe destacar el exquisito gusto del director en la representación gráfica de lo que nos cuenta el libro y también la puesta en escena es de un exquisito gusto.
