Utilizing a three-chaptered narrative, the film pieces together the struggles of various characters, making the discovery of the truth a harsh journey. The so-called monster merely refers to others' judgments and criticisms. This film serves as a powerful reminder not to hastily judge any situation or person, as the truth might be far different.

The film's initial suspense is built through the perspectives of the mother and the male teacher, creating a highly dramatic narrative. When the story shifts to the boy's viewpoint, it gains depth. The well-written script gradually reveals the true nature of the "monster" through three different perspectives.
