tinaShayOctober 31, 2024The director seemingly aimed for an artful Western with a profound exploration of human nature. The plot has twists and details, but the characters are overly stereotyped, and the acting is stiff.

thinkmillerOctober 31, 2024This adaptation completely misses the mark, portraying only the superficial layer of the novel. The pacing and character development are poorly handled, and it entirely abandons any attempt to capture the original work’s deeper themes, leaving us with little more than a flat, lifeless narrative.
