Black Panther (2018)★ 7.4/10

Awesome narrative, with a daring and not-simplistic way of layering the villain, while also delivering a fresh story in the superhero movie genre.

Not a fan or a patient enough filmmaker for Marvel movies in the least, but I just wanna stop and praise the fact that these people are finally starting to direct their forward-looking-eye and their huge reach/amount of power to really represent for """minorities""" (which should really only be called so in cinema, cuz in real life we know it's a different picture, but that's another story), not only on-screen, but seemingly, as much as they could, behind the cameras too. You go, MCU, and this might be the only time this very insignificant person is going to say this, but, atta boy. Use that power for good.

This is one of the most mature movies of the Marvel Cinematic Universe where racial problematics in the United Stated are treated from an original and adequate perspective.

Andy Serkis demonstrates that he can also act outside the world of motion capture with his interpretation of the villain Klaw, a role that meant a lot of physical effort and almost put his life at risk.

Thanks to its incredible action scenes and the exploration of deeper topics such as racism and social inequality, "Black Panther" turned out to be one of the first superhero movie to ever be nominated to the Oscars.

Me encantó.
