He named the machine "Christopher" because it was the name of his first love; he agreed to be chemically castrated so the government wouldn't take it with it: about the most subtle and sad gay romance on the big screen this year. Homophobes around the world should know that the computer they use to type out every word of hate used to have a name many years ago- "Christopher".

Alan Turing’s difficult life is accurately played by Benedict Cumberbatch in a movie that gives weight to both its contributions to science and to the difficulty that represented being homosexual back then.

A beautiful way of narrating Alan Turing’s contribution to humanity and also, a great critic to the social discrimination systems of the time that still are judgmental towards hundreds of people around the world.
